Your Ride: DJ RobSleezy’s Jaw-Dropping Chrysler and Chevy Collection

Everyone dreams of one day owning a garage filled to the brim with six-figure supercars and all-American classics. But one of our readers, DJ RobSleezy (aka Rob N.), lives out his dream everyday, with a garage that would make any hardcore enthusiast blush. His collection doesn’t just span one, or two, or even three cars — Rob’s four car garage is the thing of American beauty.

With the Chrysler/Mopar trifecta in full effect, Rob’s Dodge Charger SRT, Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, and SRT Viper lineup is as pretty as a picture. And throwing a wild card in the mix, his Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 invites another Detroit automaker to the party.

How did you acquire your rides?

I purchased the vehicles through retail channels, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t bust their chops until I got discount deep enough to satisfy me.

What drew you in when you bought them?

Chrysler and SRT have always been my childhood favorite brands, with regards to the SRT brand being rather new. My first car was a Dodge Neon SRT/4, and from there, I was in love. The Camaro ZL1, however, not fitting the bill of being a Mopar, had attracted me through ways you’d least expect it — or maybe you would.

When I first saw the Camaro in Transformers, I was in love — yes, I have had each model year of 5th gen Camaro since 2010 because I drive so much, that I would simply trade it in for a new one once they had hit the 12 month mark, usually with about 24-30k miles on them.
The Viper on the other hand has held me captive since I was a young kid. From as far back as I can remember, my first model car which I collected every different color of, was the Dodge Viper.

What’s your favorite one to drive, if any?

I purchased my cars not to have a favorite but to enjoy all their respective driving dynamics, from the agility and stability of the SRT Charger to the overly impressive handling of the SRT Grand Cherokee and incredible driveline. All of the vehicles certainly offer a different dynamic with the Viper being the most impressive.
Which is more fun — ZL1 or Viper?

Viper… hands down. The SRT Viper is a driver’s car, simple yet sophisticated, the power coming from the 8.4-liter V10 and the sheer thrill of just pushing the red start button.
What’s your “everyday” driver?

I don’t really have an everyday driver, my girlfriend drives a Dodge Dart GT or the SRT Grand Cherokee, I usually flip between the Camaro and Charger for the daily runs to the office and groceries and what not.

What have you done to make them bolder rides?

SRT Charger – Mopar CAI, Stage 2 Lowering Springs for ADCM, Corsa Performance Exhaust
SRT Grand Cherokee – Stock
SRT Viper GTS – Stock
Camaro ZL1 – American Racing Headers, High Flow Cats, K&N CAI, Corsa Performance Exhaust, Synergy Motorsports Tune.

Looking to add anything to your collection?

Maybe a new Corvette Z06 or a regular C7 to replace the Camaro. Not sure yet, but I have had my eye on 13/14 Shelby GT500. I also have had a thing for the Porsche 911 GT3…too many choices, not enough money. Need to hit  Mega Millions or PowerBall.
