A Barn Find Uncovers Hidden Gems in North Carolina

After years and years of collecting, it’s time for one man to start divvying up his stockpile of vintage cars.
Spotted by the guys over at Barnfinds, an anonymous seller located in North Carolina is looking to clean house and sell off all his vehicles. No, there don’t appear to be any new-old stock classics like the one-mile Chevy Cameo from the Lambrecht collection, but we do see a few gems we wouldn’t mind polishing up.

However, there is a bit of a stumbling block. One of the site’s regular visitors offered to help the owner put the collection on eBay, but the owner doesn’t trust computers.

So he has opted to keep sales on a local scale…for now. Though that could change if there’s an outpouring of support for his bygone rides.

Admittedly, there probably won’t be a whole lot of love for the long-nosed Cadillacs or the Edsel. But on the other hand, the red Triumph Spitfire 1500 (above) looks to be in reasonable shape cosmetically, and behind it we can see a ‘70s Pontiac Firebird. Not a bad pairing at all.

Also pictured in this barn find collection is a red Willys-Overland Jeepster, Plymouth Barracuda, Ford Mustang, Mercedes-Benz 280CE, and a mid ‘70s Chevrolet Camaro.

If you’ve got an inkling for one of these oldies, head over to Barnfinds for more photos and information, as well as any future links for getting in contact with the seller. You never know when one of these might show up on eBay
