If there's one machine that embodies the Ultimate Dad's Car, it's the 553-hp Audi RS6 Avant, pictured here by Stefan Sobot. It's not sold here in the U.S., which means it's forbidden, and therefore we want it more.

Wagons don't sell in general on American soil, and so cars like this RS6 and the now deceased Cadillac CTS-V wagon remain nothing more than a wonderful dream.

 The 577-hp Mercedes E63 AMG wagon, however, is available -- just in case you have a spare $75k to drop on your next practical family hauler.
