When you think about the amount of boutique supercar manufacturers popping up here and there, you’re left with tough decisions if you’re someone in the market for a new, $100,000 ride. Rezvani Motors, a Californian startup, just made that decision a whole heluva lot easier with its aptly named Beast roadster.

Sitting on a Ariel Atom base, the Rezvani Beast can be fitted with either a 310 horsepower turbocharged 2,0-liter engine, or a twin-charged (turbo and supercharged) 2.0-liter making 500 horses. Regardless of the engine, power is sent through a six-speed manual gearbox, to the rear wheels. The transmission and the rest of the powertrain are borrowed from the Atom.

Unlike the Atom though, the supercharged and turbocharged 4-cylinder will put out somewhere in the market of 500 horsepower. That’s enough power to leave Lambos and Ferraris running back home to mommy. But if you’re looking for something a little tamer, the 310 horsepower variant should quench you thirst for something sporty.

Price for the Beast starts at $99,500 for the 300 “Launch Edition,” with the 500 “Launch Edition” at $124,900. Standard price for the Beast after the first four “Launch Edition” models have been sold starts at $119,000 for the Beast 300, and $139,000 for the Beast 500.

And for all you Atom owners out there, you can convert your Ariel to Beast spec for only $49,000 for the 300, and $69,000 for the 500.
