Your First Look at the 2017 BMW Alpina B7 Bi-Turbo
Feast your eyes on the new 2017 BMW Alpina B7 Bi-Turbo. This supercar masquerading as a sedan hides a 4.7-liter V8 with BMW’s Bi-Turbo technology that gives it incredible power. There’s 608 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque in this BMW to wake you up and then some.
It’s all paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission and will propel the car from 0-62 mph in all of 4.2 seconds. Top speed comes in at 193 mph making this one heck of a ride.
Since this is a luxury sedan, the ride has to be smooth, which BMW accomplished with dyanmic damper control and active comfort drive with road preview. According to Dupont Registry, settings can be adjusted up or down by a range of 40mm to ensure the driver gets exactly the ride that suits his discerning tastes.
There are also new exterior aerodynamic enhancements that change the car’s look both front and rear. Prominent 20-inch Alpina Classic alloy wheels come with a 20-spoke architecture, but if that’s not enough, opt for the 21-inch version instead. The cabin is approrpiately luxurious with Nappa leather everywhere making this a truly luxurious sports sedan.
