I’m eagerly awaiting getting my hands on the new Ford GT. With that 600-horsepower V6 and those classic lines, it’s probably the best thing to come out of Ford since, well, the original GT40.

But if I had to critique one thing about this car — and of course I do — an added targa might the cherry on top of this perfect supercar sundae. Thanks to the power of Photoshop, my dreams are now everyone’s virtual reality.

The open-top GT rendering was done up by master concept creator Theophilus Chin. And wearing a candy apple red paint job, it makes it even that much more enticing. The best part, though, is that this concept actually makes sense for production.
C’mon Ford, you know a GT Targa would be awesome.
