Brabus is in the business of upgrading luxurious, high-performance cars and taking them to a whole new level. The Mercedes-AMG GT S is already an incredible car, but Brabus has worked their magic giving it more horsepower and wicked carbon fiber style enhancements.
The Brabus Mercedes-AMG GT S has 600 horsepower and 533 lb-ft of torque with a top speed of 201 mph. It will rocket you from 0-62 mph in 3.6 seconds. Brabus accomplishes this through their PowerXtra B40-600 performance kit. This plug-and-play module includes new mapping for injection and ignition and an increase to boost pressure. It does all this while still adhering to the same emissions standards as the production model.
The Brabus Mercedes-AMG GT S also gets an exterior upgrade to match its performance. There’s a quad-pipe sport exhaust fashioned from titanium with four tailpipes made of a titanium and carbon to help keep them lightweight.
This results in a 40 percent weight reduction over the production model and optimizes power delivery. There’s also special tuning that is quieter than the standard exhaust so you won’t wake the neighbors every time you pull into the driveway.
Up front, there is a Brabus front spoiler. At high speeds, lift on the front axle is reduced for better handling. Styling enhancements include a Brabus rear airfoil, sport springs designed for low profile tires, and a lowered ride height.
They all conspire to form the impressive look of this sinister machine. Even the cockpit gets Brabus touches, with carbon fiber scuff plates and a backlit logo with changing colors, chrome-plated aluminum pedals, and Brabus paddle shifters. The Brabus Mercedes-AMG GT S has performance and power in one slick package.
