As far as vinyl wraps on automobiles go, there are ones that are tasteful, then there are ones that are just plain retina-searing. But of those that are almost painfully bright, some of them also look undeniably cool. This car is a fine example, even though an Aston Martin Vantage is not a car that one would ordinarily finish in highlighter yellow.
The car’s party piece, and what makes it more pleasant to look at by breaking up all that fluorescent vinyl, is that pattern of lines that run around the entire car. They look dark during the day, but at night they reflect light to make it look like the lines are glowing white to give it an entirely new look.
The job was done by Impressive Wrap, a California-based company that lives up to their name by doing wraps, both tasteful and pretty obnoxious, on the Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Rolls-Royces and Skylines that you’ve probably seen on Instagram.
We don’t know how much a getup like this costs, but given the cars that this company caters to, it’s probably a pretty large sum of money. There’s also no telling how safe all of these reflective lines on a bright yellow car are or whether it’s going to cause any accidents. Wherever this car goes, though, you’ll see it coming.
