For a long time, I’ve been a fan of microcars. They’re just so adorable with their tiny little bodies and cute little engines. And after some late night browsing, this 1960 Nash Metropolitan is the latest object of my affection.
With an all black getup, this example has 49,000 miles on the odometer and is in near pristine condition. It’s for sale at Bullet Motorsports in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, for $10,700. When comparing it to other Nash’s online, it’s actually a pretty decent price for one this good looking.
The listing hilariously gives a 0-60 mph time of just — wait for it — 30 seconds. And a whopping 42 horsepower sits under the hood.
Not that the Metropolitan was made for speed anyways. Inside are some white and black vinyl seats, a factory speedometer, and a few more original parts on a very much still in tact dash.
If you have $10,700 burning a hole in your wallet, you might want to hit these guys up before I do.
