The future of Top Gear is anyone’s guess, but that doesn’t mean that the Stig has hung up his keys for good. Everyone’s favorite tame racing driver was out on a very wet track recently to take the behemoth that is the Hennessey Ford F-150 Velociraptor out for a little sideways spin.

We haven’t heard much from the Stig since the fracas, but we never hear much from him anyway so that’s nothing new. Likely his only comment would be a slight drooping of his helmeted head before he stepped into this monster truck.




This bright yellow truck has a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine with 600 horsepower sitting on 33″ BFGoodrich tires on Hennessey bead-lock rims. There’s also custom off-road suspension, an improved flowing intake and an improved exhaust system.

It all makes for a crazy-fast truck, but the lap time on this one is a mystery. It supposedly was just for fun and not speed, and it does look like a heck of a lot of fun as the Stig thrashes it around the track. There’s only one thing missing – the Jeremy Clarkson voiceover.
