The car is being piloted by the incredibly gifted Torro Rosso driver Max Verstappen who is tossing it around the ski slopes of Kitzbühel, Austria. With the addition of snow chains it is incredible to see a racecar that typically has to avoid moisture and track debris thrash around in the deep snow.
The car Verstappen is handily controlling is the Red Bull RB7. It was constructed for the 2011 Formula 1 season and piloted by Sebastien Vettel and Mark Webber during that campaign. During that season, the track-spec car made somewhere in the neighborhood of 800 horsepower. Seems like the practical choice for driving in the snow, huh?
